OK. Not great. Shower glass had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Water spot and suspicious soap scum (I hope just that) from previous guests. Obvious black mold bottom of shower door glass and glass enclosure bottom. No effort to clean up black marks on tile floor. We have been using Marriott for years and it has declined. Not just this location. Seriously considering changing to a competitor.
The hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice but could have been cleaner. The breakfast was nice but options were limited as the waffle makers were not working. I would stay here again for sure.
All positive. Easy check in, friendly staff and clean room. Giving 4 due to cosmetic issues in tub and shower. Would stay again.
Right next to the Market Square area, so walkable to restaurants and some little shops that are open during the day. Great little hotel to stay at on a recent work trip. Rooms were clean and spacious, parking was easy (and free), and free breakfast and a pool are always a plus. Wish I was closer to downtown, but did enjoy being able to walk to restaurants in the area.
Room is nice. I thought being close to the freeway would bother me, but didn’t have issues. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Service was overall good. Kept a reservation after a processing issue. Had a refresh which was a great decision. Hot to get extra supplies from the desk at times. WiFi connection issues. Breakfast ends a bit early and wish I saw the WiFi maker earlier. Overall, would consider staying here again. No issues going around the city from this location.
I'm going to be here for a total of 3 week. At the end of week one - I'm satisfied. Would like to recognize Yarnell M for going above and beyond the call of duty. She helped me when i was in a need of some printed docs. Honestly, all staff is always smiling and friendly. Breakfast every day - not bad at all! The have also have a pool and a gym. Rooms are great. Big, comfortable. However, they don't clean the rooms daily. That was new for me. But once I learned their policy, they adjusted to my needs.
Went here to testify in a court hearing. Very nice mini suite with a sitting area and very comfortable bed. Also nice bathroom. Great location near lots of restaurants and shopping centers.
This was my first time staying at this location and it was a great experience! I wanted to give a huge shout out to Michelle at the front desk. One night their system went down and neither of us were able to get into my room as the battery on the sensor died at the same time as their outage. Michelle did not waiver at all when working to get me into my room with everything else she was managing on her own as it was night by this time. It would have been incredibly easy to be overwhelmed, but she was calm, professional and never lost her attitude to help and solve the problem. Her customer service was above and beyond. If I had the ability to give her a raise I wouldn’t hesitate. I would 100% be recommending because of the quality of care and positive attitude she provided. The rooms are also spacious, clean and really comfortable. Thank you again Michelle!
